The two-rope climb sounds like a really good tool to have in the training toolbox for variety. I remember P.T. mentioning something similar. I need to buy some ropes for my gym.

just tried the 1 pood 2 rope climb. fuck me did it feel good.i tried to focus on the weight staying as still as possible. a good challenge. yes Pavel did mention it in a post a while back and thats where i got the idea from
besides the rope climbing every other morning i have been doing various static holds, this will boost my one arm strength.
Anyway i will be writting an article about one armers so just have to wait.
