Barbell rows:1358,2258 cut the last set because lower back so pumped i could barely stand with the 225. Stretched my lower back a little and laid on a fitness ball.
Romanion deads:1358,2258,225*8 (these were much better after stretching my back a little and the pump subsided a little./bitching.
Makeshift reverse hypers:bw12,bw12,bw*12
Done, lower back pump hell. I like it, it’s going to be a challenge, but i’ve wanted to try this out for a long time now and it seems like a good time to do it.

Done, ripped off a couple of calluses and my left knee was scraped up pretty good and bleeding a little. First time i had to clean the bar off because of that. Going to take a short week and switch deads to sunday for the switch to school schedule, so ima do my best to recover for sunday. Back is feeling much better compared to the first day i started.

I got 600 from a 100LB plate deficit on 2/26/12. I have a push pull meet this Sat, March 17, and am hoping to pull somewhere above 600.
Dove man that is solid…you will go for well above 600 at the meet…unless you are as drunk as I will be on St. Patty’s Day! haha
