Happy with session, my back, hams and glutes feel fried. Two weeks now of band deadlifts.
Just been winding down before my first meet this weekend - worked up to a comfortable 220kg/485 last night…doubled an easy 475 at the end of last week too.

gum lol a tooth would be hardcore though. I chew gum during comps to try to stay calm forget to get rid of it before I lifted this time though.
Update Pulled 405 rack pull from 17.5 (below knee) with short strong bands last week. it was brutal. Measured it to be 115lbs of tension at the bottom and 250 at lockout!

Oh i still plan on pulling 600! My deadlift is slowly coming back up it was worse off than I thought but i pulled an easy 455 Saturday my low back is slowly getting strong enough for heavier weights again
