New Year… lots of new guys looking to hop on gear or TRT. Quick public service announcement to help the gym bros here help you.
Dosages - Your prescription or desired AAS dose should be communicated in milligrams of the compound and frequency. NOT VOLUMES… a ml, cc, or unit(iu) is a volume of liquid not a dose. If you provide the volume with the concentration of your gear we can figure it out, but this also clearly shows a lack of understanding and math skills.
Lab Results - Without ranges they are useless. Quest/Labcorp/Other have proprietary testing methods with different reference ranges and units. Please post your result with the reference range. Second to that, if you are pulling labs for opinions while you’re already running gear… tell us how often you pin and when you last pinned before your lab draw.
Be prepared to answer questions that are 2 or 3 levels down. If you find yourself struggling on those, you probably have not thought things through completely.
Great post man. There seems to be a flood of newbs all of a sudden asking about gear with 0 info given. I’m all for helping people but it’s starting to get ridiculous/tiring.
Agree with OP and everyone’s comments. For the amount of information available now compared to 10+ years ago, people seem to be less informed than ever and need even more hand holding.
100%. This post was mostly to address the communication problems for new members. A more thorough post would be good to add what a proper amount of information to provide would be for assistance. I was mostly trying to address the chronic missing information regarding dosages and labs as this has been a common denominator for new members to TRT or Pharma.
