Alright i need a little help. I recently decided to begin the use of AAS. Im writing because i really dont know shit about it and i only know what i have heard from guys around the gym. I need some guidance on what to take. Here are my stats:
height 5’11
weight 205
i dont know what my body fat is but i would guess around 18%-20%
Ive been lifting weights for about 10 years but nothing professional or crazy.
My goal is to bulk up (around 25-30 lbs)
if you could also include any drugs i should take to counter the side effects
Guys if you could please help me it will be really appreciated as i am eager to learn and train.
You really need to do your homework before you think about using steroids. I mean you cant just “try” some juice like you would just “try” smoking weed or something, these are powerful drugs that will alter your body chemistry. They can be used safely, but if you just go blindly sticking needles into your ass youre going to hurt yourself. Read the stickys, do some google searches and talk to your gym buddies a bit more in depth. The guys here on T-Nation are extremely helpful and theyve always steered me in the right direction, but you need to be a bit more specific…
Just to start you on the right foot… Youre thread shows us more than just what the words say… Shows how serious you are, how much thought you’ve put into using AAS, maturity level, IQ, etc. You sound like you woke up yesterday and decided to take steroids and asked your “gym buddies” and they said go for it. You expect us to spoon feed you everything you need to know. You put 0 time into your post yet expect everyone else to stop what they are doing and highlight an ENDLESS amount of knowledge to you.
I hope you are LISTENING and not just taking this as a flame because you really are clueless as to what you are considering doing.
You have a lot of reading to do. This site is a good place to start. Try reading every stickied thread at the top of the forum. After you’ve read that you should be a bit more ready to put together a real thread and get sound advice. I also suggest changing your name because you already lost plenty of respect in my book.
