I’ve never used Proviron before and not sure on how to take it and at what dosages. My buddy has 100 25mg pills left over for me if I want them. anyone who has used this please help me out. I’m new to this product
Proviron is 1-methylated DHT. It is very similar to masteron.
Masteron however does not have the anti-E qualities that proviron has.
For Masteron:
There is no point in taking masteron with test since masteron is just a weak steroid, good for holding onto gains, and giving that dht component which helps with the sex drive (when not taking testosteron). It doesn’t aromatise, so that is why it is good to add to a cutting cycle with other more anabolic steroids. Taken by itself you could expect next to no gains, however it would still be a muscle preservative while dieting. It basically is the Test component to a cycle when you don’t want the aromatisation/ water retention.
eg. of a competition cycle would be:
Tren 100mg ed
Masteron 100 mg eod or 3xweek (dose should suffice)
Winstrol 50-100 mg daily
Proviron is similar to masteron. Its afinity to the aromatase enzyme is what reduces the water retention - it binds more advidly to the aromatase enzyme then any other steroid, yet itself cannot convert to estrogen, and it makes other AAS more bioavailable because it binds more advidly to SHBG which is a blood protein that inactivates over 98% (along with some albumin) of all natural testosterone produced.
You can use it to control estrogen, or I like to use it as an alternative to test as it will negate fina dick and deca dick because DHT is the component that is missing from these drugs which is needed to attain erections. Like masteron, used by itself you can expect absolutely no gains whatsoever! and it is definitely not a drug to be use for pct, as it is suppressive. Oh and it isn’t liver toxic.
You can use proviron in place of masteron in a cutting cycle like the one above, or you can use it as an anti E - but I wouldn’t depend on it solely unless you were just taking one aromatisable drug- say dbol
40 - 50 mg daily should suffice for dose
Here is an example bulker:
75 tren eod
600 deca/ week
40-50mg proviron daily
25-30mg of dbol daily
I am thinking of working some proviron into my next cycle - any idea how suppressive it would be to natural test levels?

Proviron in itself will be suppressive, however It is an oral, so the advantage is suppression only last as long as you are taking the oral. Another advantage to using proviron as I showed in Italian_Stallion’s thread, is that you can also use it at the begining and end of your cycle to strengthen a frontload, and help keep blood levels of active AAS high at cycle’s end, while you are waiting for longer acting ester’s to trail off.
With this method, you would calculate the length of say the enanthate ester would be releasing in your blood, and slowly increase your proviron dose as the amount of enanthate releasing diminishes. This way the active steroid has more freedom to act on the AR while Proviron more readily binds to SHBG. Once enathate has diminished, stop proviron, and begin your PCT.

Bro, great info. But in your opinion, do the benefits outweigh the costs? Meaning if a person were to run a bulking cycle consisting of 500mg. test enan. and 400mg. deca,and 20mg. nolvadex ed(arimidex on hand) would the addition of proviron make THAT MUCH of a difference if the purpose of it’s use was to affect shbg levels and ultimately allow for a better saturation of test and deca at the AR?
I do find your idea of including proviron at the beginning and the tail end of a cycle quite interesting and plan to try it for those periods 4 sure.

Proviron is pretty cheap, and when you think of all the benifits, it is a fairly non-complicated way to improve any cycle, - especially if the drugs you are using are expencive - like for example primobolan
