Protocol Workout Nutrition on a Budget

Hi CT, my question is what protocol would you recommend for my situation. I’m on a very tight budget as my wife just gave birth to our first baby girl. This is the main reason for this post. The workouts I like are more a long the lines of athletic performance/fitness than body building. I sprint, do agility, heavy weights(O-lifts) high rep kettlebell stuff, etc.

I’m not looking for mass right now, can’t get enough sleep anyways, just looking to maximize recovery and boost performance during the workout since I do like to push it a little in the gym. I’m actually really happy with my mass at the moment. I’m also trying to drop some fat as well. Here are a few scenarios.

  1. Surge Workout Fuel and Surge Recovery

  2. Surge Workout Fuel and one scoop of ANACONDA

  3. Surge Recovery and one scoop of ANACONDA

  4. Anything else you recommend that will fit in about $100 MAX a month.

I fully plan on using the full protocol when I do the I,BODYBUILDER in the fall or winter, its just now it just isn’t going to happen.

Bump?

$100/mo … how many days/wk do you train?

Well usually 4-6 but since the baby is here 3 has been really tough. Just a complete lack of sleep. I’d like to keep it at four if I can. That’s where the workout nutrition comes in

If I were limited and forced to choose from these options, I’d go with #2 since Surge Workout Fuel and Anaconda have made the biggest difference to my training.

Another option to consider is Surge Workout Fuel and MAG-10. I used this combo based on a complimentary package shipped by Biotest and was pleased with the results.
