Protocol to Grow Skinny Calves?

because joocier gainz equates to more vageen (trolling of course… sort of… I mean girls in my age demographic it helps quite a bit)

I don’t want to entertain the above posters potential delusions of calf size being so important, however I did find the larger I got, the less people tend to pick on me. Whether or not this is due to increased confidence or intimidation factor I’m unsure, however I don’t appear to be a target anymore, thus there probably is something to be said about a larger appearance having an impact on the way people interact with you (especially if you lack the ability to differentiate between fundamental social cues)

That being said, calf size has nothing to do with that, more to do with frame, biological characteristics (high level of muscle mass, masculine looking body etc, tends to indicate dominance (biologically).

I do understand about caring about body looks though, the human eye craves proportion when it comes to the body, seeing disproportionately small calves may be an annoyance, but shouldn’t be enough for one to consider running crazy cycles or HGH (calf implant at worst if you’re THAT insecure), I have a birth defect on my shoulder or which makes my left and right shoulder look structurally different (slightly), the difference, while neat as a party trick, does irritate me. I’ve been offered surgery to correct it, however with the amount of muscle I’ve managed to build up over time, the defect is only visible upon flexion of my rear deltoid.

This is not only for strangers this for me.

When calves do 34-35cm for 85 Kilos, it’s sucking.

I don’t like short, I hate this part.

But whatever, nobody answer really to questions, if any protocol of peptides or HGH could help ?

I’m short? Are you talking you’re about height or insertions? I’m 5’4-5’5, there’s worse things than being short

Will AAS/HGH help? Yes, but there will still be a genetic limit
So would SEO’s (while this would work, I’m trolling you now so don’t take this suggestion with even a grain of seriousness)

Using either for calf size isn’t a good idea. While you’re an adult, and therefore have the ability (and presumably judgement) to make you’re own decisions, I’d strongly, STRONGLY reconsider whatever you’re planning on doing.

Using high dose AAS+HGH or anything to enhance calf size is, in my opinion a situation where the risk outweighs the benefit. If you’re that self conscious about it (I mean, come on, bodybuilding is probably the most self absorbed, self conscious sport in the world) get the calf implants, a calf implant probably won’t give you much trouble (aside from the risk of the odd blood clot post surgery), AAS/HGH have numerous risks associated with their use.

Here’s how I got my calves to grow

high rep calf raises (100 in the shower every day)

Drop sets on calf raise machine (multiple sets, so like 4x15-10-10-10-8-whatever keep going til you’re using no weight and just you’re bodyweight, then do that 4 times.

Seated calf raise
3x10 or so

Donkey calf raise
3xwhatever

This worked for me, I only did this briefly as it took too much effort to do like 2x/wk, you’re calves (if you’re like me) will be sore as fuck, seriously like dorsiflexion impossible type sore.

Given my genetics, my calves aren’t big though, not in the slightest. They’re only 15in, that’s genetics for ya. They’ll still grow, but they’ll certainly lag behind other body parts development wise

Dude…YES steriods and HGH will build muscle. This shouldn’t be news to you. Using gear will make ALL your muscles bigger porpotional to the training stimulus you give them. What they won’t do is make your calves blow up faster than say your biceps or traps. Your whole body will grow which means your calves will still look small relative to the rest of your body (if it’s even true that they look small.
How big are your biceps? How tall are you? Let’s get an idea if you’re small all over or just in your calves.

This dude’s a troll. He’s asking if you shoot AAS and HGH directly into your calves will they disproportionately grow bigger; the answer is obviously no. AAS and HGH do not spot enhance.
