I know I am not CT but here’s my 2cents protien should be done as a pre work-out drink or post-work-out drink. You should drink something like Surge or Powerdrive during your work-out.
A mix of BCAA (10-12g), glycine, carbs (only 15-20g) and power drive is your best bet as a powerlifter.
