I was searching for articles around the t-mag site and found a really informative article on “protein roundtable.” It said that you should consume a protein supplement, in my case a powder whey 66g shake, when you wake up, after a work out and before bed. I weigh about 142 and am 16 years old, therefore shouldn’t i i consume about 140-150 g’s of protein a day? After drinking 3 of those shakes i will hit 198 g’s, not to mention anything else i eat. Is this healthy? Will it be ok for me to consume that much protein?
Yeah you’ll be fine as long as you don’t have any pre-existing kidney conditions, there is no upper limit to how much protein you can take in.
