Quick question, if someone has a fast metabolism like myself, would I be better off consuming whey during the day and then have a MD at night before bed.
Or would i be better of with having a whey when i get up, and having a MD or two during the day and then one at night.
I already use Surge workout fuel and recovery for my workouts.
My thinking is that since whey absorbs in the body quicker, with my fast metabolism that it would be more beneficial to me.

I’m going to say his thinking is that that his body absorbs nutrients quicker so taking a quicker acting supplement may allow him to intake protein more efficiently without having to wait for the digestion of slower acting proteins?

Yes, you are correct. I am just trying to utilize the best protein for my body, I just don’t want to use something that I can’t absorb 100%.
