For those who are affluent enough to do something like this, is there a possible benefit to pulsing with Anaconda instead of MAG-10? When I take a look at the ingredients, there are things in Anaconda that I think would be great to take in on a daily basis…specifically the type of creatine found in the formula. Somehow I don’t think just mixing creatine with MAG-10 is the same as what’s in Anaconda.
Some will think doing this is a huge waste, especially when taking Anaconda at off training times. I haven’t tried this yet (edit: meaning I haven’t tried taking Anaconda more than twice a day…I preferably want to try taking it 3 times a day and take MAG-10 the other pulsing times), but it sounds intriguing to try at least for a week. Just wanted to get some additional thoughts from others before I go ahead and do it.
Christian actually did this prior to the development of MAG-10.
There’s nothing wrong with protein pulsing with Anaconda, although it does seem to be overkill if you are pulsing multiple times per day outside the peri-workout window.
If one were pulsing and wanted more Anaconda, they could use it for their last pulse prior to training, and switch to MAG-10 for pulsing at other times of the day.

Why would you need the Beta Alanine, Creatine, and Electrolytes on a protein pulse?[/quote]
Because I strongly believe that contrary to popular opinion these days (studies notwithstanding), I believe taking in creatine more often than just the peri-workout window has its benefits. And I am beginning to believe that electrolytes taken outside of peri-workout windows can also be of benefit to overall recuperation.
This does NOT mean that I disagree that the peri-workout window is the most important window. I completely agree with that. I believe however, that another massive nutrient “feeding” is necessary to augment the recuperation process.
Beta Alanine I don’t think is needed though (outside of the window).

I’m starting to think that an Anaconda pulse outside of the peri-workout window (and in addition to the peri-workout Anaconda intake) is of great benefit to me. I have not “pulsed” with Anaconda more than twice in a day (one pulse at workout time, one a few hours later), but it does make me feel much more refreshed the next day than when I just used MAG-10 for the pulses outside of the peri-workout window.
Thanks for the feedback guys. I was thinking of possibly upping my Anaconda intake to 3 times a day, but maybe not now.
