I’ve recently recalculated the split between proteins, carbs and fats based on Berardi’s Massive Eating parameters. Before i was eating 1g of protein per pound, now, with his 40/30/30 (p/c/f) split i’m eating about 1.9 - 2g of protein a day.
Not that i mind stuffing my face with meat and protein shakes :).
The question is, considering a high proteic intake is roughly 1.5g per pound, do you recon 2g per pound is an overkill or there is no harm in taking in a little more?
