The FDA helps you by labeling foods nutrition facts.

I cant believe I responded.

Meat/eggs/cheese/milk/fish/fowl…

Anything that comes from animals.

Do you need someone to wipe your ass when you shit?

hey ass nine not all of us eat animals . so then where’s the protein seminole dumbass.

Don’t be too hard on the guy. Some people actually have no clue about this stuff. It’s something we take for granted, but many people just don’t know.

I once worked with a very intelligent lady who had asked me about this stuff. “What kind of foods have protein?” I was flabbergasted, but then I figured that all she likely knew about food was what she learned from her parents and from reading article snippets in various magazines. She was a great computer tech (and quite attractive, too), but she had no idea about nutrition.

I would have taught her about alternate protein sources if she hadn’t started dating my boss . . .

Dude. No need to be an ass, yourself.

If you’re vegetarian/vegan, you’ll need to study a lot more about how to get complete proteins from non-animal foods. Beans and rice, etc, etc.

Seminole dumbass…

nice.

I gave you fucking real advice, I listed the most commonly consumed and major protein sources. THis is not a vegan bodybuilding site shit for brains. Go back and read your original post where you mentioned nothing of the fact taht you are a soy suck fairy and you will probably understand why I listed animals. Again they are the most commonly consumed and best sources of protein. Go be a fucking twat on some vegan fitness board.

And since I’m the dumbass I’ll ask you what ass nine means.

I’m sure you meant to say asinine, which isn’t a name you call someone.

Twit.
