A Dip You Can Put on Anything
This gooey, creamy, peanut-buttery dip tastes good on apples, rice cakes, your spouse, or a spoon.
Got a sweet tooth? Need a hit of protein? Why not choose something that'll actually fill you up? Make this dip, then put it on anything or throw some chocolate chips in it and eat it with a spoon. Here's how to throw it together.
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup canned unsweetened Thai Kitchen coconut milk (Buy at Amazon)
- 1/3 cup powdered peanut butter, like PB2 (Buy at Amazon)
- 3 scoops vanilla MD Protein (Buy at Amazon)
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a bowl.
- Mix by hand until the lumps are gone.
- Enjoy with apple slices, rice cakes, cashews, chocolate chips, or a spoon.
