Is it ok to mix up a a gallon container of protein to be drank over a couple days? I thought a powder protein once mixed only has a certain shelf life so to speak.
thats a good question. I would like to know if anyone has tried this. What is the lastability (if that’s a word) of GROW made in one big jug?
I don’t know about Grow but Myloplex is pretty nasty after 2 days. Low carb protein seems ok for a lot longer. Whatever you do…don’t add a fiber supp like Metamusil to a shake and leave it in the fridge for the next morning. Most disgusting slime (orange snot) I ever drank.
It NOT ok… Im not sure how long it takes, but Bacteria forms quickly. You should drink your shake right after you make it.
