Anyone try “Protein Cycling” Issue 10 as recommended by T-mag contributor Marcus R. Jones. I recently re-read this article. This Marcus guy is a 5’10" lean 230 competitive bodybuilder and MD. His reasoning seems
sound. According to him cycling protein intake
is healthier, breaks plateaus, results in better lean mass gains, saves money etc. Has anyone at T-mag or anyone else tried it? Results. Opinions. -LW
