protein blend for dieting

What is the correct blend of casein and whey for dieting to lose as much fat as possible? I am trying a ketogenic diet and I would like to know the best protein source(I’m already going to use hemp oil) for dieting. Also, what are some other supplements or tips(besides MD6) that can help with fat loss?

For a dieting situation, a higher ratio of casein to whey is necessary in order to maximize fat loss and minimize the dreaded loss of muscle tissue. This is especially true during a ketogenic diet, since casein causes a slower release and won’t cause as much of a rise in blood sugar. Plus, it’s more anti-catabolic. So, for dieting situations, a higher ratio of say 70-30 or even 80-20 should do the job.

On a sidenote, milk protein is composed of approximately 80% casein and 20% whey, so find yourself a good milk protein supplement.
