Protecting Muscle During Cardio

I start to do some kick boxing, and i realized that intensity is pretty high, im a bit worried about burning muscle. i was thinking on a good shake to take during the kick boxing class.
For example:

50g vitargo
10g amino acids
5g glutamine
500ml of cold watter
