Two weeks ago I ordered the supplements I’d need to begin the V-Diet. I knew I’d be out of town last week, so I wanted to have the supplements ready when I returned to Cali on Sunday. So I placed my order…
The next day, after reviewing my order confirmation e-mail, I realized I’d order the wrong Metabolic Drive. I must have been really tired or something, but I ordered the full calorie version.
I sent some e-mails to shipping and customer service… I knew my odds were slim, as Biotest ships promptly.
Well… I don’t know who was responsible, but when I returned home (admittedly pretty bummed I had the wrong stuff and would have to delay starting the V-Diet), I opened up the box to find the low-carb Metabolic Drive.
So, to whoever helped me out, thanks! It’s reason #1,257 why Biotest’s are the only supplements I use (well, except for green caps and a multi)!

I agree, their customer service is amazing. I ordered the new Surge (among other things) on Wednesday morning, and it arrived at my workplace on Friday.
The contents of my last bottle of ZMA are getting smaller everyday. I know that its not Biotest’s fault, as they are waiting on the raw materials, but I am thinking about volunteering to swing a pick axe in the bowels of their zinc mine.

For the first time I ever, I placed an order over the weekend, it was shipped on Monday, and I received it TODAY!
IT NEVER COMES THAT FAST! The FedEx tracking number actually said delivery was Thursday, which is exactly what I expected as it usually always takes four days to get my shipment. But for the first time ever, FedEx was really moving their asses!
