Proposed Cycle

stats:

28 years old
5’8" tall
180 lbs
18% body fat
training for 10 years

goal:
single digit body fat percentage

diet:

about 2000 calories a day. no soda no juice. plenty of water. between 170 and 190 grams of protein a day. whey isolate during the day and p/w. casein at night. plenty of fiber (oatmeal in the morning, steamed spinach at lunch). no cheese ever. 2% milk sometimes but not too often that it would have a significant effect.

supplements:

muscle material(tbooster) works good. i’m happy with it.
2 different types of protein depending on time of day.
nitric oxide booster (bsn’s hyper fx) very happy with it.
allmax glutamine and bcaa powder p/w.

Training:

multiple body part circuits(think p90x but with heavier weights, instead of doing push ups, i do flat dumbbell presses and without rest move to rows, or military press). sometimes 4, sometimes 5 days a week.

Proposed CYCLE:

week 1-10:
test e 400 mg a week
week 1-8:
deca 200 mg a week
week 1-6:
winni 50 mg ed

pct:
week 9+10:
40 mg ed
week 11+12
20 mg ed

test runs for 2 additional weeks to combat deca dick. winni only runs for 6 weeks to avoid liver toxicity.

QUESTION:
Im feeling pct is a little light. should i add anything? and please fell free to chime in with whatever criticisms or advice you have. thanks

I think that at 180 @ 18% bf your nutrition could use a lot of work. Thats a very low amount of LBM for someone who’s been trianing for 10 years.

I dont recommend deca to anyone that’s not on TRT.

I have no idea why you would start POST cycle therapy in week 9 if youre running a 10 week cycle.

Is this a first cycle?

The cycle looks “ok.”

I mean you could just do a 500mg/week test cycle and do great. Then add deca next cycle and so on…

I would like to see you get NATURALLY leaner FIRST. You could get down to 11-12% then start your cycle in a much better position.

I would try to get some hcg and to 1000 ius twice a week for the duration of the cycle and end the cycle w/ Torem, or my fav exemestane at 25 mg ed alongside DAA product like Testosterone Conversion Factor-1.

that was a typo. pct starts 2 weeks after last test injection. i want to do deca because i have pain in my right knee from a botched surgery 3 years ago. this will be my third cycle. first 2 were oral only cycles.

I have a daa product already but not that brand. I get the suggestion of adding aromasin and hcg but the guy im getting the gear from doesnt have pct. theres this place by my house that sells pro hormones like blue sus 500 and what not. i could ask the guy behind the counter, imo those places are fronts for selling gear anyway, but i havent been bold enough yet to ask him. check out the picture. would buying this product be a waste of money?

180lbs @ 18% is not a great place to start a cycle from. Lose weight first. Then cycle. The lean mass gains you get from a leaner starting point will be a better ratio than if you started now.

There are several research companies that have aromasin (exemestane). Avoid looking shady at your local supp shop asking for rx meds lol.

This is easier said than done for some people. May not be true for you, but there are guys that have no trouble putting on mass but when it comes time to take off the fat have terrible difficulty even with picture perfect diets.

Too high. 250-300 iu 2-3x per week is plenty for maintaining testicular function.

2 cycles and you are 180 @ 18% ? Now admittedly i have no experience with steroids but surely this is a case of ‘doing it wrong’?

“perfect” is relative. I’d say that if someone is trying to lose fat but isn’t, his diet is not perfect.

We’re talking about contest lean with maximum muscle retention. 10-12% should not be difficult for an adult man to achieve. Id even go as far a saying that it’s rare for a man to need a PERFECT diet to get there. Assuming no medical issues of course.
