I need some and advice and maybe some recomendations. I usually have about 2 cups of cottage cheese a day (30grms of protein per cup) with about 2-4 chicken breasts. Other than that i use a whey based protein powder (designer) now I’m told that blends are better than straight whey do to the absortion issue. And i know whey is best for pre workout. So I want to know if have that 2 cups of cottage cheese will provide me with enough casein??? and stick with the whey or go to a blend (like grow).
Also would anyone recomend using mrps even on a cutting cycle (maltodextrin i heard does a number on people)
