The link i will post below has some decent beginner/intermediate info on the endocrine systems of men and women.
I don’t think it goes into too much depth - but i am sure it will teach you a couple of things at least.
I haven’t read it yet, but i will be doing.
It is actually a decent resource from all accounts and is worth a once over at least to see what the fuss is about. You need to kiss a few frogs and all that - and the same goes for decent reading material!
