Was happy with this one…

I got some things to work out…hitched the last rep, and also my hips shoot up fast, but this has been my form for years, I lift with a rounded upper back, helps with these long ass limbs.

Anyways, 207.5lb, just turned 22 and training for my first USAPL Raw, drug free, power meet on Oct 27th. Should be fun.

If anyone has any advice on how to keep the hips down it’d be really appreciated.

And lol @ all the kids in my college gym, hopefully the crowd gets smaller as the semester goes on.

My advice would be to shift a bit of your weight on to your toes and squat down more. You should be using a fair amount of quads in your deadlift.
