Spidey - Calves are alright but I was doing deads so I had the high socks on just to keep from cutting up the shins.

Should be starting a labor intensive full time job in the next week or so. Plan is to kill it even harder in the weight room. Fuck it might work 50 hours a week, but tired and hungry but I’ll have money and use my free time on week days to train.

Just means MOAR FOOD!!! I love manual labor then going to the gym and killing it then coming home and destroying food. Nothing is better than that IMO

Solid workout…I take rest periods more suited to power sometimes they are 4-5 minutes when it’s getting close to my final sets but probably averages 2-3.

Like that you are big and strong and still do a good amount of cardio work. I enjoy my cardio work. Allows me to eat more!. Course i hate running but to each his own. Also you are stronger from a deficiet than i am probably from a rackpull mid shin ![]()
Spidey - Kinda for time and sometimes not. It was hot and I am certain I could normally go faster. I want to be able to knock out a quick 6 minute mile at any given time and also have the endurance for a nicely paced 3-5 mile run.
I like lifting heavy just as much as having a good strong heart. Also helps with leaness…
Nate - trying to get quick man, I am pretty fast, I like sprinting and was always faster than most people in gym or that I run against at school but that doesn’t say much. Sucked at endurance stuff when I was young so I think being good at it now is important.
Ryan - Dude that is my philosophy too, rather eat more and do more cardio, than be hungry and do no cardio to lose similar amounts of fat. I also feel like doing good cardio gives you a harder more vascular look than relying on diet alone. I think since I can keep carbs higher it helps at least for nattys.
