Project Jack3d

Thanks for the vid man, very helpful. I just gotta tweak my routine a bit, and I’ll post my new one up in my log, if you wanna give it a look to see if it’s ok.

Checked out the rest of your youtube channel, got a lot of helpful stuff on their. Is fitness something you are trying to get a career in?

Will check your routine in a few brother.

I would love to somehow make money in “fitness,” but currently I have to be more realistic and use this as a hobby while exploring other avenues until I have capital to invest in a gym or supp store or something.

I will always be lifting and getting into shape and you tubing though. I love it.

Yeah, my goal is to be a lawyer, retire after making bank, and being that 50 year old buff dude with a kick ass gym. lol.

The Youtube stuff is really good, easy to understand, and you look like you can back up your advice. Ever thought about videoing an entire workout?

I may do that coming up. I’d have to add commentary though because you know how boring training vids can get lol.

Today’s cardio.

3 PM - 1lap of the track, 3 100 M sprints. Idk what it was but I could not get rid of the nauseous feeling in my stomach, it was debilitating, I think too much caffeine pre-sprint.

730 PM - Shot the ball with the little bro.

9 PM - 2 mile run in 16:31, elliptical for about 5 mins, and then some abs.

Dunno how you like running so much man. Sprints or walking for me.

Why you looking to drop weight? Seem pretty lean to me. It all seems to be working though. Kicking the weights ass.

I guess I’ll stop when I reach a level of leaness I like or my lifts suffer, but with all the running I took my deadlift from 656-600 in a couple moneths, 385-425 squat.

It seems to not be a factor in the strength gains and I wanna be as athletic as possible, strong, lean, healthy.

You’ve got some pretty amazing wrist flexibility my friend.

LOL @ Cheetos. Ever try the Flamin Hot Chile Limon? Those are my jam.

Spidey, check it.

Main suggestion is pick a weight 90-95% of your 1 RM for the calculator. Makes more realistic goals.[/quote]

I’ve never noticed your accent lol.

I thought you definitely sounded like someone from TV/Films. If I’m ever sessi enough to make videos people will have the privilege of something a little more Dorian Yatesesque.

Well as far as skill work 2-3 days per week (bag, mitts, showdow box, foot work, rope all that good shit)

Then 2-3 days a week of running 2-4 miles which I consider training as well.

I train as much as I can that doesn’t intefer with my powerlifting.

Really fun sport.
