I’ve been slowly adding cluster sets to my program and I was wondering how do you adapt to progress on this type of work outside of your Layer System, since I’ve only come across with very little on that subject (understandable).
I’m a 531 adept and recently I’ve been messing around with the 54321 scheme and the 2-2-2. When I hit the desired number of reps, should I decrease rest time or just add weights and keep pouding it away? Just a note, these sets are performed as the first accessory after the main lifts.
