Have you ever done full body workouts? Ones where you squat every workout? You could prob benefit alot from them. I was just saying since your profile says you’ve only been training 6 months.

nope…what would that do?
I have been thinking of switching things up again…but that wasn’t even on the radar…
Full body workouts will give you the most mass and strength gains in the shortest amount of time in my opinion. I would have saved a lot of wasted effort if I had switched to a more basic program sooner myself. Basically every workout will involve a
squat(back or front)
Press (bench or overhead)
Pull off the floor (deads, rows, cleans)
And then throw whatever else you want to do in there. There are lots of different programs that use this approach such as Starting Strength, Madcow 5x5, Bill starr 5x5, Stronglift’s 5x5, Texas method, etc. They are all known for huge mass and strength gains.
This is interesting…I’m going to have to look at this a little more. How long have you been working with this program?
How are you currently working with it?

good progress so far for 6 months, you have done very well
ive been doing all body training for just over 5-6 months now and have found it a very good program, you usually only spend a MAXIMUM of 1 hour training and you usually don’t have any soreness the next day as you don’t work your muscles as hard as other split programs etc so you can work the same muscle group again the next day,
pm me if you want to know more
