Programming Layer System for 2B

Don’t know about accumulation, etc, but here’s what CT said a while ago about layers for 2Bs:

What Layers for Type 2b?

1- Ramp to 5RM 2- Rest/pause with 90% of 5RM (max reps/rest 15 sec/max reps = 1 set) for 2-3 sets 3 - Slow eccentric (6010 tempo) with 70% of 5RM for max reps , 1-2 sets 4- Superslow reps (5050 tempo) with 50% of 5RM for max reps , 1-2 sets
