I just ordered 2 bottles of Carbolin 19 this morning, and this is my last week of the 16 week hss-100 program (got some good strength results, maybe not as much size results as i would have liked though, although i did go from 150 lbs to 175 lbs through the 16 weeks and not a ton of fat gain.)
Anyways, I’ll be taking a week off next week, and then will be starting up the week after that. I was thinking of using the ABBH1 program. Would this program along with obviously a good diet and lots of sleep, combined with Carbolin 19 produce some quality weight gain, assuming i’m wanting to get to 185 in 10-12 weeks and not too much fat gain? Or is there maybe another program that would be better suggested.
Just making sure that I get the most out of this 1-1.5 month supply of the Carbolin 19.
