Program Recommendation

my cousin needs some advice

he is now fully recovered from his injury (radial bone fracture)

his stats

17 year old
80kg
years of lifting 2 years on and off

he wants a decent program to help him to restart again.

he’s into bodybuilding.

he can train 6 days a week even everyday because he have a good schedule in school
please give some suggestions and recommendations sorry for bad english

Any program will do.

Just be consistent.

For someone that’s not consistent that’s the worst thing you can do

Show him 4-5 different programs and have him do the one he picks for 6 months minimum

Some recommendations are Phat,531,‘‘The best damn program for naturals’’ by Christian Thibaudeau(though that’s 6 days per week I think) and Paul Carter’s base building
