I have myself busy with a program until the end of April at which time I will be switching to a new one. It will look something like this:

back extensions

low incline db bench press
1 arm rowing
step ups
seated row to neck
standing zott curls

tire flipping (17.5X 25 size)
keg tossing
stone carrying
sled dragging
Sun-
off
I don’t have any parameters set up, only the exercise selection and the order they will go in. My plan is to have high sets, low reps on the major lifts (6X4, 8X3, or 10X2) and lower sets, higher reps on the accessory lifts (2X12, 3X10)
