On page 73 just two questions.
I think I understand each program but just wanted to make sure.
Forever BBB is all good but the anchor 5/3/1 PR sets, jokers, and 3x5 FSL. Is that done in 3/5/1 or 5/3/1?
I was planning to run it as 3/5/1 doing PR sets on 3 and 1 weeks.
With assistance, should I superset or not? Any recommendations Jim or is completely up to me.

I think most programs it’s totally up to you. If you do better 3/5/1 I don’t see any reason it would hurt you on that program.

That’s up to you. With many people, I recommend 3/5/1 and not doing a PR set on 5’s week.

Up to you. I have a hard time believing one couldn’t do this unless they are horribly out of shape.
