Crap! It does look like a diaper…now I need a new avatar. Thanks alot jackass!

Prof x

Could you be so kind to PM your stats pic?

Also what do you think abou the use of AAS? ie - have/would you ever go down that route?

As a personal comment - It’s nice to see a opinion from another person on here being regarded so high. I think that the way the information is delivered is quite consice…brash, but the same nevertheless.

Good luck with continuing to do what you do.

Regards.

Note to Professor X: There’s NO such thing as a “lower” and “upper” chest. Take a course in anatomy and physiology please.

He probably has almost no knowledge of the human body, I’ll bet. It’s not like he works in medicine or anything.

Idiot.

how long have you been lifting to not understand what he is saying?

Note to MichaelJohnson: before you criticize anybody know their background and don’t read too much into responses

LOL.

I’ve taken several courses in Anatomy and Physiology. They sort of require that before you are allowed to grab a scalpel and cut on anyone, but thank you for your amazing input and outstanding exhibition that proves…you don’t have a clue what you are talking about and probably have the muscular development of a 10 year old girl.

I think most people who actually build muscle know what is meant when someone discusses upper chest development. Clearly, you don’t fall into that category.

He only has around 70 lbs more muscle than you at the same height and the same, if not lower, bodyfat %.

I find it highly amusing when someone bumps a 7-8 plus month old thread to try and correct someone or provide criticism.

Are you that bitter with life?

Actually, whatever post “MichaelJohnson” was referring to was written 2 fucking years ago. Thankfully, we have him playing the part of post custodian. I guess it would help if he lifted, but maybe beggars can’t be choosers.

Classic response X!

You dig up an old thread just to prove you’re an idiot?

Because there are most definately different groupings of fibers within the pecs. And while there’s not an actual upper and lower there are most definately groups that needs different stimulation to be targeted.

What is your supplement list?

Pectoral Major and pectoral Minor? I mean come on, does it get any easier than that?

I willing to bet this guy felt foolish when he realized he was responding to a post made 2 years ago.

Nah. People like that dude don’t have any shame. I’m sure there’s a MySpace page of his plastered with photos of his 150 lb. physique.

I know this is an old thread, but I have a question.

Professor X, what were your lifts like when you started?

Like bench, squat, deadlift (if you did it), etc. Thanks.
Professor X wrote:
There is no one true way to train that produces the best results because your body is adaptive. That means, what works for you right now, may not work the best for you when you gain another 10lbs of muscle. The one thing that has worked is balancing strength with form. I train to get stronger. Due to that and my diet, I also get bigger. Because you can’t simply get stronger forever, there have to be periods where your focus is more on form. One of the best ways to do this is to move up to a weight that you can only get maybe 3 times at the most. Continue working on form until you can get that same weight up for about 8 times and then move up again. There is nothing wrong with some cheating.

Some of the best advice you will ever get is to train with someone much stronger and more developed than you. Even if they aren’t the most educated, you can learn something from anyone with more experience than you…PhD or not.
The end.

If you are asking what I was lifting the first day in a gym, I don’t recall what the very first weight was that I picked up. I do remember curling 35lbs dumbbells the first time I hit the gym. I could do one 45lbs plate on each side in high school for the bench press. All of those went up pretty drastically once I started training more seriously. By the time I first deadlifted, I had been training for a while so I was doing at least 3 plates a side. I don’t deadlift anymore and don’t think it is necessary or as much the wonder exercise so many others seem to think it is.

You have to understand that we were pretty active growing up. That means that I was not some sedentary weakling when I first hit the gym like so many people seem to be today.
