Thanks Professor for answering my questions too. I know some of them were really obvious but thanks for taking the time to explain some of the basics to me when I first got here.

Women get preferential treatment.

Women have so many perks…
And 5 day a month of ultra non-perks… lol I’m fine with a penis and less perks.

I gotta say thanks too… Like steely I can’t wait to be black, but I think my calf’s are too big.

Definately one of the reasons I like T-Nation.

WTF is this “rude” shit…the man speaks his mind. Thicken your integument T-men.

You’re saying he’s pleasant as pie all of the time? Come on, man, get real…

No, I’m not…because I’m a guy…with a PENIS, BALLS and more testosterone than the average 14 year old girl who gets upset because I don’t post things in a way that cuddles the person asking the same question for the 3,000th time.

What is it with people needing such a soft handed approach before they start crying? Anyone that soft…likely won’t stick with this for long.

Shit, honestly, Professor X is being nice. Did any of these people who complain about you go through sports or anything? All of my football and wrestling coaches can get a lot meaner when they are giving you advice, but I don’t bitch about it.
Was I complaining? Re-read my post and chill.

I wasn’t directing it toward you. Just quoted Professor X and was too lazy to delete your stuff. Sorry about that.

congrats on your progress. it is inspirational. prof x is a wise and funny man.

Ah, gotcha. I though you were talking about my ‘rude’ remark. No biggie, just didn’t want it misinterpreted any more. That big abrasive mofo sure is helpful to a lot of people (myself included), that’s for sure. He’s damn witty and funny, too. This may be ghey, but I click on forums I normally wouldn’t read just because I see he was the last poster on there.

I’ve always liked the sarcasm and hate toward stupid questions, which is one reason I don’t post stupid questions myself.

I always appreciate the Professor’s input. One of the best advices I got from him was to train with someone bigger and stronger than you just to see what’s possible. I found that person in my training partner and since have progressed to new levels. Thanks!

You do realize that you’ve now got a dozen snipers just lying in wait, don’t you?
;')

Yeah. I do. It’s alright though. I’m up to the challenge.

I also thank Prof X for his advice and posts on this site. His posts have been the most helpful especially since I’ve been bulking up the last 10 months. 40 lbs in 10 months without looking like a fat ass. Especially since I broke 220, nothing but positive comments from people around work and those who haven’t seen me in a while. Rather then start a new thread, I figured I’d post here. Hope you don’t mind ALX, don’t mean to hijack.

No problem really, I think it’s a good idea in fact, instead of creating hundred of similar thread like this one. It looks finally that he helps much more people than I first tough, considering the number of thread similar to this one that just appeared.

Great progress by the way

Thanks alot. Yeah, alot of shmucks keep bringing up Artem’s case as an example of bulking being the wrong path when it worked for so many other people thank’s to X’s advice and posts. And of course none of these guys will post pictures of the progress they made. Well, I don’t think any of them will come close to the progress you made. Great work.

Thanks man. For shits in giggles here’s one from 7-1-08. The day before I started training. There’s no flexing pictures from this time period because it was pre-T-Nation. I was a skinny fat 210 there with a 1RM bench of 205. Cut down to 190 in the before rear double-bi pic in my other post. Then I found this site and started bulking.

Sam sneed has made a ton of progress. That’s why he’s in the T-Cell. I think people ignore the ones really growing around here…maybe because they aren’t as caught up in quoting articles word for word. Going to the gym and leaving your heart there will do that you.

Most likely because they have found what already works for them. They don’t need to cling to each and every single article like it’s their mommy when they have found their “niche” in the weight room and kitchen, for lack of a better term.
