Problems With Barbell Snatch

Yeah I am almost sure that I “could” lift more b/c I am new to the moves and it is form and understanding how everything comes together, Im new to lifting entirely and this includes all the O’s hell I am still trying to get the deadlift down, lol. But I understand that alot of it comes from my hips, so this will take time. Thank you for the help!

You’re not strong enough to snatch 135.

When you dumpbell snatch 80, that’s only 80 lbs. And while you’re only holding on to it with one hand, you still have the spring from both of your legs and back lifting it.
