I’m sorry, I accidentally posted before finishing and didn’t know how to edit. So basically my problem is with my squat form at the bottom coming up my spine shifts resembling scroliosis. I re read the squat chapter of starting strength and realized a few things was doing wrong. I’m pretty poor right now and coaching/ personal training seems kind of expensive. I usually delete the videos I take to save space tomorrow I will post a new one tomorrow to see if this problem persists after reading a bit.
