They are the exceptions not the rule, I guess he needs to work on the other stuff like working hard(real hard) and being a nice respectful guy. Also if you are under 6’1" be prepared to kill yourself in the ring.

If you want WWE you should try to get in when you have very little experience, they seem to want to train up their own right now. I’m sure you got the charisma right, and you are a BBer so you probably have the look right?

Work hard, practice, practice, practice.

Hmmm my state requires 5 years of wrestling school become approaching the wwe…I’ve read that on their site a few time over the years.

Didn’t know I could go directly to them…

I was thinking you could always try sending your pics and vids to their developmental fed in Florida. Do they just have the one now? Do you know if they are starting up Tough Enough again or some other competition thing? I’m so out of the loop.

I have more experience in ladies wrestling so you may be right about how long it takes, but take all the short cuts you can, it doesn’t take long for the bumps to take their toll.

Someone mentioned gimmick. “gimmicks”: another name for pain pills and steroids
[/quote]

I assumed gimmicks meant character roles. Lol I’m far from need roids though so I can steer clear of that easily. Pain pills…come with the territory of athetics of any kind imo. Just gotta know the difference between taking them for a rush and taking them to actually medicate yourself.

Sad stuff.

Thanks for the video. I really wish he wasn’t going through this and was on the clear path like his buddy Nash.

Another thing. You see he’s in bad shape now, but with a camera in his face and a mic, the guy is great to listen to.

“Hey Yo!”

You know who surprisinglu SUCKS with the mic? The Undertaker…

I’m so glad he’s alive. This made my weekend.

That’s kind of like the Rock they couldn’t keep him a heel, people liked him too much.

Heel gets the boos
Faces get the cheers

In the indies it is a good idea to get familiar with ring psychology, in the wwe they don’t use/need it as much because there is back story letting everyone know who is who.

Rookie advice:
I recommend asking a ring vet in the locker room to watch your matches and critique them.

Don’t use anyone else’s finishes in your match, especially if you or the guy you are working with plans on kicking out of it. lol Very bad.

Try to avoid being a spot monkey. (you know, throwing in every move you know).

Good luck and watch out for the rats(god I hate that term)

Women like to know you think of them as whores.

I went in to my school tonight and talked to a trainer there about a finisher. We worked on a submission…was pretty sweet and I’ve never seen it used so its all mine.

  1. Get opponent laying flat, facing down.
    2 stand over upper back
3 pick up. Opponents hands by wrists
4 step on back of head with one foot? Driving face into mat
    5 extend arms

Did it with a knee on head and hooking elbows

Its called Revealations.

Iohio valley looks so bad ass

One of the few women I liked on the mic was Ivory.

Best on Mic: Rock, Scott Hall, HBK, Hawk from LOD, Rowdy Roddy Piper, and…umm…probably more I can’t think of.
