first i want say hi and thank you for all your work you put to share your knowledge. Your articules are amazing now its so many that is not possible to read them all.
now im using your Strength Skill Circuit method from 8 weeks and will for 4 more.
i do 4 days version
after i finish i want to change for some 4 day split with shoulder and lower chest priority. I train 5/6 days per week but i reserve 2 days for cardio and ABS only.
I prefer low reps 2-6 with higher weights. Would be great if you can recommend something with high intensity, my idea was to mix this
somehow with rest. Also bcs its shoulder and lower chest priority i would like to train them 2xweek. Could you please help me?
