Hi Paul, is it possible to add Conditionning work after Primer 4 workout ? i would like to mix your workout with some prowler and abs finisher to mobilize fat.
Ok so it doesn’t do any good to mobilize fat if you’re not going to use it as energy after it’s been mobilized. So interval work (my God why are all of you SO obsessed with intervals?) misses the mark if you’re not doing steady state AFTER you’ve done the interval training.
