Prime 52 and Best Damn Workout for Naturals

Which exercise (training with weights, Metcon, and cardio (steady state, HIIT), “program” would be the best for insuline sensitazion?

My schedule allows me exercising up to 3 times per day (5 or 6 am, 2 pm, and 7 pm). When I exercise at 7 pm I only walk for 45 to 60 minutes; if train harder than that I can’t sleep since it gets me amazingly awake

Would you recommend a training similar to Best Damn WO or Prime 52 (I won´t Frankestein your WO) but in a two times per day mode?

I ask you that thinking on having two windows of insulin sensitazion due to training, since my fasting glucose levels have been steadily increasing over the past year and there are lots of diabetes, Hypertension, and obesity in my family.

Aside that, I would like to ask you what type of supplements, and doses, would you reccomend for such a program. T-Nation supplements are not an option since here the FDA equivalent controls the importation of supplements and it is very difficult to import them as a individual. So, we have to rely on supplements that selling people or little business import. And unfortunately they don’t import Biotest ones?

Sorry for the looong question but I have tried several protocols in exercise and supplements, aside closely watching my nutrition, but it keeps raising. Even I already buy my first glucometer :frowning:
