Preworkout Stimulants

My two faves so far are Ragnarok, and Redline (caps). I used to also be a big fan of the original Ultimate Orange. Funkin’ FDA.

Hmm… for some reason I always thought caffeine was supposed to be really bad for BBing.

In addition, I know you’re an expert on chemistry, but a bit of personal experience with adderall…

I have used Adderall (Xtended release) for studying and tests in college… when working out on it, I feel like I can go forever. However, I crash afterwards, and I find myself not getting the best pump or strength from my workout.

On a side note, I think I’ll try one of those preworkout drinks tomorow to see if you guys are right! :slight_smile:

Your experiences with adderal tie in exactly with what I said. The release of neurotransmitters means that you feel as though you can go on ofrever, because your CNS is not feeling fatigued.

However, since adderal (an amphetamine salt) is highly catabolic to muscle tissue, you may notice a strength decrease, despite the CNS-boosting effects of the adderal.

whoa whoa whoa MR.! how catabolic is adderal? like alcohol? this may be bad news for me cause as im getting my edumucation, i go thru some adderall during the semester.

Caffeine and ephedrine are what do the ticket for me. I’ve tried Spike and HOT-ROX before… nothing. Zip. Nada. Zilch. I have a reasonably low stimulant tolerance too, so it surprised me to not be affected by those things, especially given all the Biotest fellating I’ve heard about them.

Just my luck, I guess. A caffeine pill is cheaper though, so I guess it works out okay for me.

From personal experience on with adderall…it is highly enjoyable for me while its “on”…but when it turns off so to speak…im left with a feeling of instant nostalgia, and a feeling of not wanting to do anything. All I can manage to do is sit there…and although it has worn off…I still can’t sleep. So I’m left the whole night with this amazing feeling of nostalgia, and just not wanting to do shit at all. Last time I took it at around 3pm with my friend…took 3 benadryls and until 5am to fall asleep. I feel as though it’s just too counterintuitive to my goals…and I can see how quickly it becomes a habit.

I used to be an eca freak. I probably had an epehedra tab before every workout for over 2 years.

I think it stopped working at some point (go figure) but I just kept taking them. Spike is okay for me, I have yet to try powerdrive but most people really like it.

Maybe the best prework supp I have used is called methel efx. That shit rocks, I only use it once it a while.

Most days now I just have a cop of coffee and it works well. Most of the eca floating around now sucks. I have 2 different kinds and neither of them do much for me.

You guys are nuts taking ritilin and adderall. Adderall was great for studying, but I couldn’t eat shit while I took it. I don’t think it would make for a good workout in my body.

Best preworkout combo? Lots of anger, loud music, caffine and adrol :slight_smile:

I find pure cocoa powder in a shake works really well. I first had as many as 8 tablespoons and i felt amazingly energetic, great pumps though painful. Wears a bit off after a while.

Now i take 2 tablespoons in a shake 4 times a day. I’ve put on muscle lost fat had good energy and i don’t even eat much.

YEE-HAWW! Ride em cowboy! mounting and buckin’ the Biotest phallus I’m going to have to go with 600mg-1g of caffeine, a caffeine free NO product, and dbol as a preworkout cocktail.
