hello chaps.
i have read anecdotal stories with regards to the body having an innate ability to stop growing to prevent inbalances. for example, if all you did was bench presses, your body would stop growing to prevent any injuries. and to overcome this, you should do back and leg work.
is this the case? i have spoken to my colleague about it and he didn’t know much on the subject. are there any articles on here?
