Preseason & Inseason Supplementaion

I am a PA. high school wrestler and I have been reading about the excellent Biotest supplements. Could JB, Chris, Christian or one of the experts give me some recommendations what to use.

In preseason I am trying to gain about 5 pounds of muscle in 12 weeks and get much stronger to move up a weight class. Then for in season I need to maintain my strength and muscle size plus recover from the hard practices.
