Well I am sitting here waiting for the pizza man and I just popped a couple thermogenics. Does anyone else do anything similar to jack the old metabolism prior to cheating? Is there even any bearing to this? Oh well it cant hurt but if it can help let me know.
I would not do that. It reminds me of bulimic pattern of behaviour. If you are strict during month, one day of full-scalle-no-holds-barred pigfest will not do any harm and there is no point to do “chemical termogenic purging”. Go out and have fun overeating.
=w= - i prepare for cheats all the time. here is the routine. 1)take 2-md6 capsules. 2)call in the pizza order for pick-up (not delivery). 3)put on my running shoes. 4)make the 30 minute run to the pizza joint with workout bag in hand. 5)place pizza in workout bag and begin 30 minute run back home. 6)plop down on the sofa and enjoy! this way i feel like i have earned it and have at least burnt part of it off in the process. this routine works for candy bars, ice cream, fast food etc. basically anything you don’t keep on hand and have to go out and get. give it a shot. kevo
Talk about f’d up–, if I am especially tired and have to get up in the morning, I take a thermo too. I seem to fall asleep real quick and can wake up without a problem.
Dubbah-U…good Q, bro. I’ve been wondering the same thing as I’ve been trying to incorporate a day/meal into my gaining phase. I would also be interested in hearing about people’s choice of day (weekend; training/off day). Anyway, I think you’ve got a three-headed monster when it comes to “doin’ it up right”: 1. exercise, 2. nutrition and 3. supplementation. Exercise: you can do a little extra cardio before and/or after–don’t overdo it though; Nutrition: you can attempt to compensate for the excess calories by cutting back the entire day and/or following day; Supplementation: you can pop some pills, namely thermos and/or diuretics.

"In addition to such sacrilidge, when gaining weight, once per week I will eat a pint of ben and jerry's ice cream (chubby hubby or other fat ladden variety) and I use baked, salty soft pretzels (crisp on the outside, soft on the inside) as a spoon to scoop it up. If youve never tried it, do it...Its awesome. Also, at least twice per month I hit a buffet. One is usually a chinese buffet where I pack in at least 5-7K calories in a sitting (Ive written down the food while I was there and analyzed it with my nutrient analysis program). The other is a pizza hut buffet (yes, another 5K calories at least). As you gasp in shock remember this...Except for the 2 buffets and the pint of b&j my diet is flawless. I dont "snack" on extras, I dont miss meals, I dont justify a treat here or there. I eat according to the piece of paper on my fridge. If you eat this way, you can afford a weekly cheat. Most trainess "cheat" every day to some small (or even moderate) extent. And that's why they dont see the results that they want. They are never eating perfectly or sloppily. It's chronic mediocrity and perpetual guilt alternated by self-justification (and extreme dieting once they realize they are too damn fat). I prefer eating perfectly all week and then tearing it up, guilt-free, on the cheat meal. I take a couple mD6 and diuretics (yes I take stimulants and diuretics before cheat meals only - like 3 x per month). I get my buffet on. Then I wake up the next day and do an hour or so of cardio as damage control...(gasp again)."
