This is your first time on tren, correct? How are the (negative) sides? Anything yet?

I can honestly say tren makes me an overall better person, next time around I wont be running nearly as much, and instead pin ED rather than EOD and hopefully that will help with the occasional insanity.

Thanks a lot man and yes this is my first time using tren.

I haven’t experienced anything that wasn’t manageable that’s for sure. My cardio has taken a bit of a hit but honestly that’s probably more to do with the fact that I don’t exactly frequent the cardio section like at all. Just a five minute incline walk to warm up.

A little bit of anger here and there but when your running something like tren your aware that you can be irritable so you watch yourself and control yourself. It’s funny how you say it makes you a better person because I don’t know why but i enjoy being around people more then before might sound fucked up but it is what it is.

I really like the fact that us guys that are seen as bigger (not calling myself big lol) can truly be some of the most humble soft spoken people you meet and that’s how I’d like to be seen. It the effect the iron can have on you when done in a positive way.

OK back to the sides little learning story for people about to start there first tren run. I’ll start by saying I was an idiot. I started my cycle before I had my prami on hand. I reasoned it to myself that I was getting it very soon and a ton of guys don’t even need it. Well less then two weeks in without the prami I started getting lumps under both nipples.

But luckily within a few days I had it and they went away. So simply put don’t start anything with out having everything on hand. I was really disappointed in myself for this because it was a rule I made for myself before starting all this and I broke it. The allure of tren was to strong for me lol.

I left this till last because I really feel it’s caused by the prami and not the tren. Fuckin shitty sleep. When I take the prami I get drowsy and fall asleep but not long after I’m up and down and up and down all night. This doesn’t happen all the time but it happens often enough. I’ll also throw this in with the whole sleep thing. Some dreams I’ve had are just wild and fucked up lol.

Be careful when taking prami and make sure you have time to get a good sleep in because it will make you feel like hell. Lethargic nauseous and just plain shitty. Start low dose and increase gradually over time.
But all in all like I said it hasn’t been anything unmanageable and I love tren. Sorry for the long ass response

Pulled 585 off the high blocks yesterday. Need to train my lockout because I’ve been stalling out just above the knee. I was happy with that but I can pull me off blocks. Now I just need to put the pull together and 600 is right there. Lol not trying to make it sound easier then it is.
Today is benching after work sets I’m going to overload with the slingshot and maybe go for a max with it.
Squatting will be later In the week which I’m really excited for because I’ve got a new pair of shoes coming in with a slightly less aggressive heel in them. Hopefully that will help me push through my sticking point.
I’m right on the edge of hitting the number I want to so gotta keep pushing hard as the day keeps getting closer!

Squatted 515 huge mental boost everything is within reach. Halo will be added in tomorrow at 10mgs a day preworkout for 9 days and then up to 20mgs preworkout for the final three weeks. Only taking it on workout days so I’ll have more then enough to be able to take 10mgs before first attempt of each lift on meet day.

Pr deadlifted today. Pulled 575 pretty easy actually felt like I had more in me. So I’m happy. Bench tomorrow

Was supposed to do doubles at 300 lbs today on bench but then realized I had 305 on the bar lol fuckin retard. But hey I guess it was a good thing because I hit every rep and on the last set i did 315 for a double. Overloaded with the slingshot after and hit 365 pretty easily actually. Another good day. Already feel the halos hitting. Fuckin love them and only only 10mgs preworkout!

Started with squats today and attempted 500lbs for a double and missed the second rep. Tried controlling the second rep to much instead of dropping into the hole and catching a good bounce out out oh well.

After that moved into deficit pulls and hit 545. Pull the plate out and pulled 585 off the floor for a second PR in three days because fuck it push yourself.

Bench today and hit 330 for a pause still feel and looked like I have a lot more in me. Another good day. Halos are rocking feeling great.

I used up all my prami and made the switch to caber. But since it takes about two weeks for caber to come into full effect I’ve been using some research Chem prami I got a while ago. Shits under dosed for sure because I don’t feel like balls after taking it lol. Anyway pulled 600 off blocks and 555 off a deficit. I think I deadlifted like four times last week PRing every session. What can’t you do on halo? Lol two more days before I up the halo to 20mgs preworkout can’t wait. Oh yah switched all gear to short esters. So

Now it’s
700mgs test prop wk
500mgs tren ace wk.
And in a few days 20mgs halo/ed

Looks solid man. That’s almost exactly what I’m trying to make my bench presses look like, although I’m trying to lower the weight slightly faster. Just personal preference.

Following you now. Just saw that 515 squat. Hell of a grinder man!

I just seen that and was wondering haha thanks man so much easier to follow me there. Putting videos up all the time. Haha it was a grinder for sure lol. Squat today and hit 485 for a double. 455 for 4 and 425 for six so I was pretty happy with that all rep PRs. Benching tomorrow looking forward to another good day.

Pulled 605 today check out the video on instagram. So that’s 40lbs on my dead in something like ten days.
