15 weeks out of my next meet. Looking for a 650 Squat, 350 Bench (still dealing with shitty shoulder) and 600 Pull for 1600 total at 220 or 242. Currently sitting at 220 so we will see what happens. I feel these are realistic and hopefully capable of more especially in the Bench and DL but just going by passed experience.
March 5th 5 days before last meet I dropped all gear down to 400mg of Test and 100mg of Eq. April 5th dropped all gear except 250mg of Test and haven’t pinned at all since April 25th. Just giving my body a short rest and relax from a 12 month onslaught of gear. Still managed to continue breaking PRs so I’m pretty damn happy about that even on drastically reduced gear compared to normal.

My right shoulder has given me problems for almost a year straight. I have shitty shoulders for pressing in the first place but my right shoulder I have dislocated twice (Wrestling in high school and military service) and I guess it just didn’t set right or something. But now OHP and Inclines are all but impossible for the me to perform without ton of pain. It also causes ulnar nerve impingement in this arm which causes me to have elbow pain and tingling sensation if my volume gets to high. So I am very limited in my Bench work considering I am a raw guy. I can’t do alot of work for off the chest due to the injury. So I am forced to make my triceps as strong as possible to push through the movement. So I almost train like a geared guy when it comes to my bench since its much more shoulder friendly.
Those sound like realistic #'s for you at that BW because you are strong as shit when not cutting. Your last meet thread you came in @ the low 200’s BW correct? I did a press only meet back in 2007 that I dropped 10 lbs. bodyweight to come in at 208lbs. and it went well. Any more than that and I think I would have been shitty on meet day. I ended PR’ing a raw 355lbs. wrist wraps only.
As far as pressing raw in a geared style, I do that as well, sorta. High arch but with a rather narrow hand placement. I’m 5’11" and normally around 215lbs (I have a 74 in. reach). Really reduces shoulder pain to almost zero. I haven’t had much as far as shoulder specific injuries but 23 years of Military service and martial arts have taken there toll. I won’t even get started with the hips or knees. I had to have my left hip basically rebuilt in DEC 12 and 3 seperate knee surgeries in 3 consecutive years. Squats and DL #'s don’t even come close to yours!

We’ve talked about average Powerlifting cycles before but a dude from westside that was there since Dave was still there just moved out near me and joined my gym. We started talking about the same thing and what Louie recommended. Pretty cool
I like Dbol because of its damn good strength gains plus it doesn’t bloat me up as bad Abomb. Super Drol comes in at close second for the strength gains and seems to help lean out. This go I chose the two here just because they are very cheap lol.
So didn’t officially start pinning until 2 weeks and 3 days ago or 2 Thursdays ago lol. Wound up slightly changing the cycle due to this to

Already up to 232 and about as lean as always 15-17% so can’t complain there. Strength is already taking way the hell off especially the Bench. I wanted 350 by September and yesterday hit 315 for easy 4 sets of 4. Week before that 315 for 1 set of 2 almost killed me. So I feel I’m good for 350 already goal for September is now 380. Squat is feeling great have not been in wraps yet but crushed 500 for 2 sets of 2 and 1 set of 3 last week and 415 for 11 the week before that belt only. So it is cruising right along. Deadlift haven’t trained it and don’t really wanna but I’ll see what happens with it soon.
None powerlifting related I smoked 305 Axle Clean and Press for 2 almost 3. 3 months ago 280 for one was everything I had. Not bad for not training it.
Will most likely be going 242 just because I do not want to deal with sacrificing any strength. Will try and upload a decent progress pic asap but, my log is also available if interested.

On the deadlift, I think the volume of work and time you put in will be there for you. Just get some DLing in a little before to develop those neurological pathways and everything firing together.
Yo reed with your shoulder have you tried any physio/massage work? It worked wonders for me with my knees. If you get a good one they might be able to loosen a couple things up to ease up your impingement and work out imbalances to make it more bearable.

Strength is coming great smashed a 530lbs Squat with a very wide stance and being very unfamiliar with the stance/form and a nervousness due to a messed up back for the past week and in nothing but a belt not even knee sleeves today followed by 415 for 2 sets of 5 paused. Video in log.
Size is coming along as well obviously not as lean as usual but am sitting at 230 in the morning roughly 10lbs heavier than normal guessing 18% body fat probably fatter lol.
Had to drop my dose of Tren dont know why, but my temper was not agreeing with it at all this go. So 2 weeks ago dropped Tren down to 350mg and added 900mg of Eq so a big jump in drugs but will hopefully counter balance the loss of Tren.

Technically the heaviest dose cycle all together I have ran so will keep it.
Diet is still good for the most part allowing 6 days clean

I am having a Whey/Casein Protein 15g a piece, 6 eggs, 8oz skim milk and 1 serving peanut butter adding a extra 70+g of protein a day right before bed.

Lol thanks man. I blast about 9 months out of the year then take 2 months on a very low dose roughly 200mg if test a week and then a month of even lower just to try and give me a break. But essentially I start this blast last month and wont adjust much until November. Which then I will switch up to Deca up my Test and drop my Tren.
