My t levels were 499 the last lab work which was about 2weeks ago. Sleep is good. I don’t stress that much but there is another thread that I posted a 24hr urine test for hormones my doctor had me do. Do you think you can look at those for me and tell me what you think
Have you considered that that T level might be too low for you? I looked at your urine post but that is beyond my knowledge.
yea I have deffinetly took that into consideration. I was feeling my best at 800.
So ok here what happen my doctor took me off TRT back in May and put me on clomid 25mg ED
My TT was 815ng then in June it went down to 700 Then in July it was 650.
I don’t know what made it keep decreasing like that. So i feel like that was the problem here are my current labs
I’m back. I’ve been the best ever over the last 8 months on the following protocol:
50mg Test cyp SQ EOD throttling doses between 45-60.
500iu hcg SQ EOD on sale day of Test
No AI for 1 year- nada
Cialis 5mg : 3-5 days per week this has remained stable.
I’ve been great on this. Best libido/erections/gains ever. Been feeling like a 20yo for 8 months.
Noticed slightly soft erections last week with loss of umph in orgasms. This week same but depressed, flat. Saw doc 12/28, labs back today:
Test: 1140ng/dL (300-1080)
Shbg: 27.3nmol/L (16.5-55.9)
Calc free : 312 pg/mL
Estradiol <17pg/mL WTF (non-sensitive)
Prolactin : 9.1 ng/mL (4-26)
Only change: 3 weeks ago I ran out of SQ needle. Did 2 IM injections and 2 SQ but with a IM needle. I mixed the HCG and test cyp in same syringe due to my shortage. That week I actually felt super libido wise. Last week switched back to my normal needles with 2 seperate SQ injections.
No calciferous veggies ever. No supplement or diet change.
Any ideas how I spontaneously crash E?
My strategy will be to bump Test cyp to 60 mg for a few injections.
I feel like someone is poisoning me with anastrazole.
SQ for me increase estrogen and IM lowered estrogen. You probably upset the stable state by switching SQ to IM and then back to SQ.
I have never heard of a SQ needle, you can do SQ or IM with just about any needle.
SQ I use 27-30 GA 1/2in with 1cc syringe.
IM 23ga 1in needle, 3mL. It’s all I had. I did 2 IM injections. Then did two SQ with the Larger/longer needle.
Any issue with mixing the hcg/test cyp?
HCG must be done SQ so as long as both are SQ you’re fine.
Holy crap, how can you even tell if your protocol is in the zone concerning erections and libido when you’re taking that much cialis a day? That much cialis is going to give you boners and sensitivity no matter what’s going on with your TRT.
Low estrogen will kill erections cialis or not.

Agreed. When my E runs low I can take 10mg cialis with 100mg viagra SR and barely get it up and if I get it up have zero sensitivity and likely peeter our during sex or have the dullest orgasm ever.
The last 8 months have been the best ever on my 3 year trt journey. Best erections/libido ever with ultimate control.
These labs are peak too. I took 50mg SQ 8AM and drew labs 5PM same day.
5mg dose is pretty standard for daily use. People without ED use that amount simply for life extension, BP regulation and many other health benefits from daily tadalafil.

That happened to me when I switched to im. But theE2 has come back up. For me the e2 went down because of the im switch or drinking too much lemon water and taking extra zinc.
It appears I went through the same 6 week adjustment period when I switched method of Injection.
I like im better now
Why do you only take Cialis 3-5 days a week instead of everyday?
Damn 6 weeks? That’s crazy I literally took 2-3 IM injections.
Who am I kidding I usually take the cialis 5 days a week. If i work a late shift and know it’s not happening I’ll skip a day r so a week. I love cialis.
Going to bump my cyp doses to 60, 60, 55, 50 over the next week. I just can’t believe I’m dealing with this again. I had been so perfect for so long.
Same here. I meant it took me 6-8 weeks to restabilze on IM.
Yeah well I’m back on SQ. Hopefully I’ll bounce back faster than 6 weeks.
Wow, that’s nuts. I must be a hyper responder to cialis. If I take more than 0.5mg to 1mg a day, my blood pressure will drop to the point of getting heart arrhythmia. I can only take it like that for a week tops then I give it a long break. Works wonderfully otherwise though.
I have “research chemicals” liquid type version, and I just put a little drop or dot of it in my hand and take that. That’s the max I can do. And my normal blood pressure is on the higher side.

Do they make tadalafil in a dropper where you can precisely control the dose? I’d love to fine dial that in and take it daily.
What does it lower your blood pressure to exactly and from what point?
Are you taking nitroglycerin or any blood pressure meds?
