I take 5.5 mg Cialis. Compounded that’s why 5.5 and not 5.
My erections are pretty good and predictable and don’t have to worry about when am not perfectly dialed in while on TRT.
Continue to take because it lowered by BP a bit which I needed. But am getting spoiled and want harder erections and was reading about Citrulline malate for the increase of NO.
I am thinking taking 1-2 g a day in addition to Cialis. Ideas?
Are you on an AI? Based on some research presented by @physioLojik I stopped Arimidex and my E2 went up (with corresponding high Test) and my erections are harder than ever before. My wife definitely notices a difference.
I have a question that I have not understood for a while now. I also take cialis as well. But I don’t understand why we need to take cialis if we’re in TRT. Shouldn’t the TRT get us to a place to where we don’t need to use Cialis any more??? Why do we still need it??
Some take for extra pump at gym. It’s a vasodilator.
Some take for consistent and harder erections. You know after 40 you may need help in that department even with trt.
Some take it as a secondary reason to lower blood pressure a bit.
Some take for anti aging. Recent research indicates may be good for well being.
I take it for all the reasons above. I have no side affects that I know of. I plan on taking it for the rest of my life.
Cialis was originally designed to treat Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia the benefit was its impact on erection quality. I take it for that and for lowering blood pressure and for BLUE STEEL BONERS!
Here the question that I have for one it’s a very expensive pill but luckliy my insurance covers it. But my question is how long will it work??? After someone takes it for years will they become immune to it Ike will it still work as strong as it did when you first started taking it ???
Am taking for about 5 months. Actual will skip today cause I basically had a hard on all night. Had sex last night. Woke up at 4 am to piss. Had to pee in the sink cause couldn’t get it down. Then I got a bit worried. Masterbated and finally went down after a few minutes.
I bet I don’t even need Cialis most of the time for ed but I already said I take for other reasons to.
So I will not be adding citrulline anytime soon. I also did eat watermelon grind yesterday with is basically citrulline.
Also people take for many years Cialis for bph and pulmonary hypertension and in don’t think it loses affectiveness in those cases. So why would it for erections. Hormones need to be close to balanced for it to work well though. If e2 is very low it usually will not work for example.
I could swear when I take a little extra my libido goes up. Others may try struggling with libido. Maybe it’s the extra nitric acid (which is good) am holding on to. Keep penis full and hanging long all day too. Btw must have been on the low end of t early in my life to cause my flaccid dick was small. I thought I had a grower and thought it was ok. But now I see it hangs like other must guys when flaccid. Just mentioning this.
It’s really awesome to know you are having a great time with that hard . I was like this in my highschool but now I’m 22 and I’m only hard when I watch porn lol
I dont think you can get immune to cialis. It acts by blocking an enzyme. As long as that enzyme is blocked I dont see how you could get any other result. I’ve been taking daily cialis for 7 or 8 months now and I love it. Sometimes I forget to take it when I’m supposed to and I just wait till the next day. Doesn’t matter. Long half life.
@anon10230041 I have a question. I would do anything to be in your shoes because my life use to be exactly how your describing yours. I was wondering what is the protocol that your currently on???
I am doing 90 a week divided in 2 Injections. No ai. If u go on my thread you can see my last labs. Since I consider myself dialed I started injected anywhere from 40-55 mg each Injections. It gives me Bursts if libido and energy boosts. But that you do when dialed in and that what physio on here does for his patients.
At the beginning I was obsessed with getting e2 in low 20s and that put me on a roller coaster taking ai which I over respond to even at .1 mg. My e2 sits in mid 30s and I feel very good.
I have behind my head this- I question if I should have tried waiting before starting trt. Cause I basically went through andropause in a 2 week time frame. I had heart paps, insomnia, hot flashes , blood pressure spiked. I took many labs and got a total t reading of 430 when my horrible symptoms started then a week later t in 200s with low e2. It could have been I was always in the low end and I got a certain point and everything went crazy. This was over a 2/3 week period. I think I should have seen if my levels recovered. Idk.
