Hey, I’m trying to figure out how much will my T levels drop once I lower the dose. Now, I know that drop itself is not linear from past experiences. So I wanted (for anecdotal purposes) to ask you guys, how much drop so you experience when lowering the dose?
My current dosage is 250mg TU, which results me in 1342ng TT. My dose will be 150mg after it stabilizes, since it’s undecanoate ester it takes a while. I’m predicting high 800’s.
So my question to you:
What drop of total T do you experience yourself on similar dosages?
P.S. this is just for anecdotal purposes, we are all different and respond differently. This is just to estimate and to get an idea what to possibly expect if nothing more. Thanks.
When going from 180mg/wk to 150mg/wk i saw a drop from about 1200 to 900 or so. Still, predicting these things is tough and you’re better off just testing health markers every 6 months or so.
That’s pretty big drop from ~30mg dose reduction, interesting.
Bloods of course, that’s the only way to know for sure. Just trying to estimate what to expect. I though 800’s on through, but could be as low as 600’s it seems. I’ll have to wait and see.
Still interesting to hear others experiences. Thanks for that thread, I’ll dig in to it more.
Yep, and that makes any answers using shorter esters of testosterone almost useless to you. But, go on steroid plotter. Put your current dose and time length in, and pick the date you got blood work done and match that will what SP says the release of hormones was for that day. It’s not exact, but that doesn’t matter. Then, put in your 150mg weekly and the timetable for that, then pick the trough measurement and see how many mg it says are released on that day. Now you have all the info you need to estimate your new trough. For example:
1061ng/13.1mg = 80.99ng/mg. If your mg release on your new trough is let’s say 10, then do the math and you get 810ng TT.
I have played so much with steroid plotter when it comes to various steroids and cycles I have done. It is decent tool at best get somewhat of an idea. In reality it doesn’t work like this most of the time. Mostly because each person metabolize drugs differently and half life doesn’t apply to everyone from my experience.
Theory vs practice is that rarely this tool helped me predict my blood work. I also believe it has inaccurate half life of some important steroids.
The idea of this tool is very good, but execution and efficacy is questionable.
Calculator, pen and paper when it comes to it is in my experience better and more accurate. At least half life that is.
The purpose of this thread is anecdotal, to just see how much people drop in TT when going from cruise to trt dose. Anecdotally, some of other experiences lined up for me in the past, so I at least roughly can get an idea of what to expect if anything.
Thanks for trying to help though. Please don’t assume this is some sort of criticism towards you.
